Welcome to Pet Portraits By Morgan!

These Terms & Conditions outline the terms for purchasing custom artwork through the Pet Portraits By Morgan website.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Custom Artwork

Each pet portrait is individually hand-drawn based on the reference photos provided by the customer. Because each piece is handmade, the finished artwork may have slight variations and will be unique to each pet.

2. Reference Photos

Customers are responsible for providing clear, suitable reference photos for their artwork. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have permission to use the photo as a reference for your commissioned artwork.

I will use the submitted photos to create your portrait and will not sell or distribute your original reference photos.

3. Turnaround Time

Custom artwork typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete.

The turnaround time begins once I have received the necessary reference photos and information needed to begin your artwork.

During particularly busy periods, turnaround times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, I will communicate this with you.

4. Artwork Approval

Once your artwork is complete, I will send you a photo of the finished piece for approval before it is shipped.

If you notice a minor issue or would like a reasonable adjustment, please let me know during the approval process. Significant changes that require substantial additional work may not be possible or may require an additional fee.

Once artwork has been approved, it will be prepared for shipping.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because each portrait is custom-made specifically for you, cancellations may not be possible once work has begun.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will depend on whether work has already started.

Custom artwork is generally non-refundable once completed and approved, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by Pet Portraits By Morgan.

6. Shipping

Once your artwork has been approved, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Pet Portraits By Morgan is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been shipped. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and artwork so I can determine the best solution.

7. Artwork & Social Media

I love sharing completed artwork to showcase my work.

Unless you specifically request otherwise, completed artwork may be photographed and shared on Pet Portraits By Morgan's social media, website, portfolio, or other promotional materials.

If you do not want your artwork shared publicly, please let me know when placing your order or before the artwork is completed.

Your original reference photos will not be shared publicly unless you give permission.

8. Copyright & Use of Artwork

Pet Portraits By Morgan retains the copyright to all original artwork created.

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the customer.

Customers may display their purchased artwork for personal use but may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.

9. Website Content

All artwork, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and other original content on the Pet Portraits By Morgan website are owned by Pet Portraits By Morgan or used with permission.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

Pet Portraits By Morgan reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be posted on this page.
